Check the current status of your package using tracking information. If it has been missing for more than a few days, it may be lost or stolen.
Contact the shipping company to report the issue and inquire about their policy on lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once it reaches the carrier.
If you have proof of theft, file a police report.
Unfortunately any form of incorrect address (including missing apt/suit number, incorrect house/street number, incorrect zip code etc) will be instantly canceled.
Note orders being processed, if we do not catch your email stating your address is incorrect or going to the wrong location. You will need to contact the carrier to intercept the package.
